Product returns are the responsibility and at the expense of the customer. You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return the item. In all cases, please notify us first by email at hello@growsie.hu.

If you’d prefer not to pay for shipping, you can also return the product in person. However, please make sure to notify us via email first about the return and how you plan to proceed.
Please choose a shipping provider that offers insurance in case of theft or loss. Make sure that the parcel has a tracking number so its journey can be monitored after dispatch.
You can receive the product’s value either as a coupon or a full refund. However, we do not refund shipping costs—only the price of the product. The refund may take 5–10 business days to process through the bank.
We can only accept returns of products that are in perfect condition—unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the returned item doesn’t meet these criteria, you may collect it in person (by prior arrangement), or we can resend it for an additional shipping fee.
IMPORTANT: Gift cards are non-refundable.
If you change your mind after the 14-days window, no problem—you’ll still receive a store credit in the form of a coupon (equal to the product’s price, excluding shipping), which will be valid for 1 year.
